1.Return Eligibility
Return Period:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Item Requirements:
All items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
For hygiene and policy reasons, we do not accept returns on:

2.How to Request a Return
Here’s how to send something back:
Step1 – Contact Us:
Email us at [email protected] or submit a return request through our website. Please include your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
Step2 – Wait for Authorization:
Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Code along with detailed shipping instructions.
Step3 – Send It Back:
Pack your item securely using the original materials. Include your return code inside the package and ship it to the address we provide.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We advise using a trackable shipping method or insurance, as we cannot be liable for items lost in transit.
3.Refund Process
How It Works:
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Timing:
Please allow 3–15 business days for the refund to be processed. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.
Partial Refunds:
If an item is returned in a condition that doesn't meet our return standards (e.g., worn, damaged, missing tags), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
